AEGIS SECURITY LIMITED’s (ASL) Operations Team are made up of very skilled and experienced members with an average of over ten (10) years of practical experience in the provision of private security. The team members have the oversight responsibility of the daily administration security operations nationwide. The professionalism, integrity, rapid response, alertness and team work efforts contributed diligently by each member keeps ASL’s clients satisfied with our performance.
GENERAL MANAGER
MORRIS W. KUFOALOR
Morris, is a trained and practicing professional with skills in Security, Operations Management, Conflict Resolution and Supply Chain Management. He has practiced extensively in various fields of industries with over sixteen (16) years of total work experience mainly in advance security. He is a results – oriented person with excellent attitude to work and towards people, a good leader and team player with strong leadership, communication, analytical, quantitative, personal organization and planning, negotiation, lobbying and influencing, reporting and presenting skills. He holds MSc in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
NATIONAL FIELD CORDINATOR
MORO DANLADI
Moro, is a discerning, astute, safety sentient and industrious field commander with a passion for discipline, ethics and professionalism. He has thirteen (13) years of active experience in private security rising through the junior field ranks to management level and has an in-depth knowledge in security control, counter attack and management. He’s versatile in spotting, screening and deployment of guards. He possesses an innate passion for customer satisfaction thereby endearing him to all clients due to continuous vigilance on guards working under him. He holds HND in Business Management with several workshop trainings in the security field.
TASK FORCE COMMANDER / GUARDS’ TRAINER
SIMON QUARSHIE
PROFILE- Simon holds eight (8) years of experience as a security trainer and task force commander. He is skilled in the use of arms and heads the artillery unit of ASL. He ensures the daily drills of the guards are carried out in all locations and hostels by working with the support of field supervisors, area managers and coordinators. As a versatile trainer, Simon is a firm believer in the saying, “an ignorant officer is a murderer” with this in mind he is very strict on training both theoretically |
SENIOR PATROL OFFICER
KWAME SARPONG
Kwame is an assiduous enterprising officer with a passion for excellence in service delivery. With seven (7) years of working practical experience, he is the performance grader of all guards designated under patrols. With the skills he has acquired over the years of his working life, Kwame is a pro in evacuation under emergency situation, monitoring and surveillance of guards, focused during high-pressure situations and displays good judgement when dealing with suspicious activities at client’s premises. He is versatile in the use of Intruder Alarm System and possesses excellent communication, good judgement and observation skills.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
MARY APPIAH
With over ten (10) years of working experience in human capital management, Mary is adept in handling employee related issues, job design, recruitment performance and talent management as well as training and development of staff. With her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, she is sure to handle employee grievances to the satisfaction of aggrieved personnel thereby maintaining a harmonious workplace environment thereby supporting officers to give off their optimum best.

ELLEN KESSEWAH COLE
Ellen is a versatile administrator with a passion for client – office equilibrium. With this passion, Ellen ensures clients are satisfied with ASL’s services, coordinates meetings with clients where necessary for service performance reports and directs various administrative duties for site supervisors. With six years of experience as an administrator, Ellen possesses the requisite experience to satisfy all our stake holders.
FINANCE OFFICER
WAHID ISSAH
PROFILE- Wahid is in charge of invoice preparation and service charge. As the finance officer with eight (8) years of experience in the industry and private security, he provides financial and administrative support to clients and stakeholders of ASL. He oversees the financial transactions of ASL by ensuring clients receive their invoices in time to have enough time for payment. In addition, he develops budget for each new client and monitors the financial implication of each deployment. |

Sheihu is a trained professional with seven (years) of active experience with the use of technology in the field of security.
