In addition to the in-house training given staff of ASL, Aegis offers as part of our services the following workshops for staff or management of public or private institutions or businesses;

1. First Aid at Work Training

Injury or sudden illnesses at work are inevitable. It is important that employers make arrangements to ensure that their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. Aegis Security Limited provides an unbeatable training on all aspects of first aid at work which is of much importance to people from all industrial sectors.

At Aegis Security Limited all courses are conducted to the standard of Health and Safety requirements, our instructors possess unparalleled years of experience and nationally recognized teaching and training qualifications. We conduct first aid training for large and small organizations and also industrial manufacturing companies and construction         workers. Anyone trained by Aegis Security Limited becomes a vital asset to your company.

All of our courses are run in a relaxed and friendly manner. During the course, you will complete two multiple choice tests to assess your theoretical knowledge, and then assessed on your practical capabilities by the trainer. The outcome of these ongoing assessments will be recorded on the back of each day’s timetable and a certificate of participation awarded to each participant.


2. Customer Service / Receptionist Training

ASL provides training for employees designated as customer care providers. customer service training program can be offered by ASL as part of their induction delivered by dedicated Customer Service Training at our training school. The one-week training session is designed to equip the attendees to enable them provide consistently high levels of customer service, taking pride in all areas of their job.

3. Health & Safety Training

Organizations experience a number of setbacks because Health and Safety issues are not taken seriously. Health and Safety Law are designed to protect anyone who comes to the workplace be it an employer, employees, trainees, customers, visitors, users, of the product and even anyone on the premises unlawfully. 

This program has been developed to ensure all areas of Health & Safety is incorporated into our training course. Our Health and Safety training is always tailored to specific requirements of working on the site of our client with aim of ensuring injuries are kept to the very minimum.

Once a start date has been agreed for the start of new contract, the Resource Person will take assigned participants through:

  • An introduction of Health & Safety Duties of
  • Employee duties under the
  • Accident reporting
  • How health & safety act is

Continuous Health & Safety training is carried out through a combination of the training team providing support, assuring core competence, and Senior Management briefing. As part of the training, materials which will be provided, an employee safety handbook will be provided.
