AEGIS SECURITY LIMITED is governed by a five (5) member advisory board of directors whose primary objective is to ensure the company is administered strictly under its governing regulations and instruments.

ADVISORY BOARD CHAIRMAN

COMMISSIONER FRED CHARLES ANSON

Advisory Board Chairman, Commissioner Anson is a judicious Corporate Governance expert with thirty (30) years’ wealth of experience in Top Managerial positions in high rated organization within both private and government institutions.
His career objective as Board Chairman of ASL is to ensure ASL attains global renown as a Premier Private Security Company by inspiring and leading sustainable positive change, which is informed by the organization’s growth objectives as well as its stakeholders’ expectations by assisted use of Artificial Intelligence, to provide a much Faster, Smarter and Better outcome. as pointed out by the European Commission, due to growth of computing capacity.

His wealth of experience in work professionalism and work ethics can be traced from the following companies between October 1991 to October 2008, Ghana Commercial Bank Limited, Alitalia GSA, PHC Motors, Shell Ghana Limited, Ghana Airways Limited and First Atlantic Bank Limited where he was the Manager in charge of Administration. Between the years October 2008 – May 2019, he joined the erstwhile Revenue Agencies Governing Board now Ghana Revenue Authority where he rose through different designations to become the COMMISSIONER Support Service Division from April 2017 to May 2019.

He has participated in thirty-four (34) training programs, workshops and seminars and four (4) study tours both in Ghana and abroad with the sole aim of enriching his service delivery and give off his best to ASL. He is professionally affiliated and a chartered institute member of Ghana Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

His computer skills cover SPSS, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet of Things, ERP Suite & E-Learning and Computer Aided Knowledge Management Systems. In foreign language proficiency, he has a GCE A’ Level certificate in French and an MA- International Affairs –Language Elective in Spanish. His key career related interests are in Security Intelligence and Aviation Management. Financial Intelligence and Universal Banking.

Chairman Anson is a product of Achimota Secondary School where he passed out with G.C.E ‘A’ level and the Premier University of Ghana in 1989-1991 where he obtained his First Degree in Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Second Degree in International Affairs.

CORPPORATEPROFESSIONALISM ANALYST

Fmr. IGP MR JOHN KUDALOR

Possessing over thirty (30) years of specialized and certified experience in comprehensive security management, enforcement and practice, retired Inspector General of Police, Mr John Kudalor is the Corporate Professionalism Analyst on the Advisory Board of ASL.
Between 1974 to 2017, his wealth of work professionalism was gained from the Department of Labor, Head Office, where he was an Executive Officer. The Ghana Prisons, Head Office where he was a Prisons Officer, the Department of Co-Operation, Head Office as the Co-op Officer, the Assisting Planning Officer, with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, the Bureau of National Investigation and the Ghana Police Service as a Senior Officer.
The skill of his leadership and ethics quality was attained from the following positions which he occupied over the years. He was the District Planning Officer for the Anlo District in Keta, Regional Director with the BNI in Tema, Inspector General of Police for the Republic of Ghana between 2015 to 2017, Contingent Commander Ghana CIVPOL in Bosnia, Police Advisor UN Mission in Georgia, District Commander of the Ghana Police at the Kaneshie District and the Commander of PIPS, at the Head Office in Accra.
As ASL’s Corporate Professionalism Analyst, his objective is to help form security talents instilled with professionalism and ethics in the realization and enjoyment of a peaceful society filled with equity, order and justice by formulating policies, procedures and stages of implantation patterns resulting in the yield of optimum results.
Corporate Professionalism Analyst, Mr John Kudalor, is a product of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, USA, the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Studies, GIMPA and Simferopol State University, The Crimea, USSR where he obtained a Master of Science with Distinction. He further holds a Doctorate Award in Peace and Security from Dayspring Theological University in Dallas.

 

CORPORATE SECURITY STRATEGIST

COLONEL ZIBRIM BAWAH AYORROGO

Corporate Security Strategist, Zibrim Bawah Ayorrogo is the Corporate Security Analyst on the Advisory Board of Aegis. He is a serving military officer holding the rank of a Colonel with twenty-nine (29) years of active service in the Ghana Armed Forces. he is an Infantry/Military Police Officer and is currently the Provost Marshal of the Ghana Armed Forces. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) obtained from the American Society of Industrial Security International.

 In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws (LLB) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Defense Studies from the Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna and the lead resource person on Security Management/Industrial Security and Forensic Investigations at the University of Ghana Business School and Wisconsin University College; as well as a member of the Alumni of George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies on the Program on Terrorism and Security Studies, the American Society of Industrial

Security International, Life Member with the United States Army Military Police Association and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). As the Corporate Security Strategist of ASL, his objective is ensuring that the right training policies and procedures are enshrined in the core activities of ASL to the total benefit of our clients while strategically positioning the company at the apex of Private Security through tactical programs and stratagems aimed at capturing the private security world as stated in the company’s vision.

CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSELOR

ESQUIRE GEORGE ADDO-YOBO

Esquire George Addo-Yobo is the Corporate Legal Counsel in charge of all legal implications relating to the activities of ASL. His practice as a lawyer spans over twenty-eight (28) years in active practice. He has been and still is the lead counsel on numerous legal combats won on behalf of clients within both public and private sectors. He is acclaimed in the legal world as an astute lawyer who battles the dizziest cases into victory. He is well known to be firm, unbiased and highly conscientious.

He was called to the Ghana Bar as a Lawyer in the year 1994 and in 2003 attended in Rome, the International Development Law Institute. he wields a number of certificate courses in Management, Team building, Motivation, Mentoring, Coaching and Influencing. He is the Master of Chambers with Geodina Chambers, a registered law firm in Ghana and the Chief Executive Officer of Mount Pleasant Inns & Apartments Hotel and Jericho Luxury Outdoor Restroom.

As Corporate Legal Counsellor on the Advisory Board of Aegis, Esquire ensures all activities and contractual engagements of the company are conducted in line with the laws governing Private Security.

Corporate Legal Counsel, Esquire George Addo-Yobo, attended University of Science and Technology known today as Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he attained a first degree in Bachelor of Arts, Social Science in 1985.

MR. PROSPER KWAME APPIAH

Mr Prosper Kwame Appiah is the founder and Chief Executive officer of Aegis Security Limited. He is Corporate Business Strategist and Tactician, an astute businessman of international Repute. A visionary leader with consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in business growth management and development, with over eighteen (18) years of total working experience in various fields of industries, holding diverse portfolios. 

Mr. Prosper Kwame Appiah, is the C.E.O of the Prolux Group of Companies, a conglomerate with ten (10) business subsidiaries in diverse fields of industries spread across the globe. He has participated in Twenty-Five (25) training programs, workshops and seminars both international and local. Mr. Prosper Kwame Appiah is a product of the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Administration (GIMPA) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Master of Science in International Business with Law from the University of Sanford-Manchester.

He is a God fearing philanthropist imbued with Solid business insight with the ability to ascertain and analyze needs, forecast goals, streamline operations,and envision new program concepts.

He works with the vision of being adept at setting, expecting, and achieving high standards of quality in order to develop a model private conglomerate of businesses through God fearing, diligence, integrity, can-do spirit, employing international best practices and adopting contemporary methods to achieve efficiency
